Rishabh Pant is captain of Delhi Capitals for TATA IPL 2022. He will double up as the man behind the wickets. His team has proven players like Prithvi Shaw, David Warner, Mandeep Singh, Mitchell Marsh, Axar Patel, Shardul Thakur, Lungi Ngidi, Kuldeep Yadav, Ripan Patel, Lalit Yadav, Srikar Bharat, Tim Seifert, Anrich Nortje, Kamlesh Nagarkoti, Mustafizur Rahman, Khaleel Ahmed, Chetan Sakariya and Praveen Dudey. The team also has a sprinkling of newcomers.

Royal Challengers Bangalore RCB has a new captain. He is Faf du Plessis who used to be with the Chennai Super Kings. Virat Kohli, the previous captain will be there as a batsman while Dinesh Karthik will continue to keep wickets. Others in the team are Glenn Maxwell, Mohammed Siraj, Harshal Patel, Josh Hazelwood, Akash Deep, Karn Sharma, Siddarth Kaul, Suyash Prabhudesai, Mahipal Lomror, Sherfane Rutherford, Shahbaz Ahmed, Wanindu Hasaranga, RCB has its share of newbies and would try to set the records straight by winning its first IPL title.
